Who Are We?
Westflux Integrated Services Ltd. is a Nigerian midstream energy company focused on gas processing, commercialization, transportation, and energy infrastructure development. We are committed to accelerating the transition to cleaner energy by unlocking the value of natural gas resources and delivering reliable gas solutions to industrial, commercial, power, and transportation markets.
Our company is led by a team of seasoned energy, engineering, operations, project management, and legal professionals with over 140 years of combined international experience across the global energy sector. Collectively, our leadership has held senior technical, operational, commercial, and executive roles within some of the world's leading organizations, including Chevron, Shell, Google, Con Edison, BHP Billiton, Ovintiv, Chesapeake Energy, Western Midstream, and other major energy and infrastructure companies.
The Westflux team has been directly involved in the development, execution, operation, optimization, and commercialization of complex oil, gas, LNG, power, and infrastructure projects across Africa, North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Their experience spans gas processing, LNG infrastructure, asset management, engineering design, operations leadership, energy transition initiatives, large-scale project delivery, commercial contracting, and strategic business development.
Our leadership has successfully delivered projects ranging from upstream and midstream gas developments to refineries, power plants, industrial facilities, digital infrastructure, and hyperscale data center programs valued at several billions of dollars. This breadth of experience enables Westflux to combine technical excellence, operational discipline, commercial insight, and execution capability in developing practical and scalable energy solutions.
At the core of our strategy is the development of integrated gas infrastructure that improves access to cleaner fuels while supporting industrial growth, energy security, and economic development. Through innovative and modular solutions, we are creating a platform that enables the efficient processing, storage, transportation, and utilization of natural gas across multiple markets.
In addition to infrastructure development, Westflux provides technical advisory, project development, engineering support, commercialization, and operational readiness services across the gas value chain. Our multidisciplinary expertise allows us to support clients and stakeholders from project conception through execution and long-term operations.
Our mission is to make natural gas more accessible, affordable, and available to end-users, supporting the displacement of higher-emission fuels, strengthening energy security, and contributing to a more sustainable energy future for Nigeria and the wider West African region.
Our Operations
Westflux is developing an integrated gas infrastructure platform designed to improve access to cleaner energy solutions across Nigeria and the wider West African region. Our operations span gas processing, LNG production, storage, transportation, regasification, and end-user delivery, creating a reliable supply chain that connects natural gas resources to industrial, commercial, power, and transportation markets.
LNG Processing & Gas Infrastructure Development
Our flagship development is the Westflux Delta LNG Project located in Akarai-Aboh, Delta State. The facility is being developed as a modular and scalable gas processing and liquefaction plant designed to transform pipeline-quality natural gas into Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), and Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs).
The project is strategically positioned to support growing domestic gas demand while providing the flexibility to expand capacity in line with market requirements.
LNG Storage & Regasification Solutions
Beyond production, Westflux provides LNG storage and regasification solutions that enable customers without direct pipeline access to benefit from natural gas. Through strategically located storage facilities and regasification infrastructure, we support reliable fuel supply to industrial facilities, manufacturing clusters, commercial customers, and power generation projects.
LNG & CNG Distribution Network
Westflux is developing a nationwide gas distribution network supported by LNG and CNG logistics infrastructure, satellite depots, and transportation assets. This network is designed to efficiently deliver natural gas to customers across Nigeria, reducing dependence on higher-emission fuels while improving energy security and affordability.
Gas-to-Power & Energy Solutions
We support the deployment and operation of natural gas-powered generation solutions for industrial, commercial, and utility-scale applications. Through the supply of LNG, CNG, and gas-fired power solutions, we help customers transition from diesel-based systems to cleaner, more efficient, and cost-effective energy sources.
Cluster-Based Gas Commercialization
Our long-term growth strategy includes the development of regional gas clusters that integrate LNG supply, storage, regasification, distribution, and end-user demand within defined industrial corridors. This approach creates scalable gas ecosystems capable of supporting manufacturing, transportation, commercial enterprises, and power generation while accelerating natural gas adoption.
Technical & Project Development Support
Leveraging the extensive experience of our leadership and technical teams, Westflux provides technical advisory, project development, engineering support, commercialization, operational readiness, and infrastructure planning services across the gas value chain. We work with project developers, industrial customers, investors, and strategic partners to unlock opportunities in the evolving gas market.
Regional Expansion Strategy
As part of our long-term vision, Westflux intends to expand its infrastructure and gas distribution platform into selected West African markets. By leveraging Nigeria's natural gas resources and regional trade opportunities, we aim to support energy access, industrial growth, and economic development across the region.
