Over the course of his career, he has advanced into senior leadership roles including Technical Advisor/Expert, Senior Manager, and Technical & Engineering Director. His expertise spans oil and gas infrastructure development, operations, and asset management, with a particular focus over the past 12 years on gas processing and commercialization. Kenny holds a B.Eng — Mechanical from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Alabama, and an MBA from Rice University.

He has held leadership roles at Con Edison of NY, Chevron, and Google, during the execution of complex infrastructure projects across their full lifecycle, with capital values ranging from $10 million to $48 billion, including onshore and offshore oil and gas developments, refineries, power plants, and digital infrastructure. At Google, he led a PMO responsible for the development of a global portfolio of AI/ML hyperscale data centers, each exceeding $1 billion. He holds B.Eng — Mechanical from the City College of NY, M.Eng — Petroleum from Texas A&M, an MBA from Duke University, and is a Chartered Energy Engineer with PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications.

With international exposure in Kazakhstan and Brunei, he has held senior leadership roles driving production optimization, asset integrity, and HSSE excellence. He has consistently delivered over 95% production reliability, reduced operating costs, and executed complex projects on time and under budget, while maintaining an exemplary record of zero HSE incidents in key roles. He has also led strategic gas commercialization initiatives. Augustine holds a Ph.D. and M.Eng. in Industrial Engineering and a First-Class B.Eng. in Production Engineering from the University of Benin, and is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
