Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Manager

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer

Industry: Energy – Gas (LNG/CNG), Midstream

Position Overview:

Lead financial strategy and analysis for our Gas Commercialisation and LNG sales portfolio. Play a pivotal role in supporting project finance, capital raising, commercial structuring, and investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. Financial Analysis & Reporting:

   • Develop and maintain financial models for LNG/CNG projects and commercial operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and investors. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

2. 2. Project Finance & Capital Raising:

   • Support the structuring and execution of project finance transactions and debt facilities. Assist in preparing investor presentations, information memoranda, and due diligence materials. Liaise with banks, development finance institutions, and private equity firms.

3. 3. Budgeting & Forecasting:

   • Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast cycles. Monitor actual vs. budget performance and highlight key deviations. Develop cash flow forecasts and liquidity management strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel-based financial modelling.
• Strong knowledge of project finance structures and capital markets.
