Westflux's Homage Visit to the King of Aboh Land: Strengthening Partnerships for Sustainable Development
Westflux visited HRH Greg Oputa, King of Aboh Land, to introduce the LNG project, share the company’s vision, and deepen partnerships for jobs, skills, and inclusive growth in Ndokwa East.
Westflux recently had the honor of paying a homage visit to the revered King of Aboh Land, HRH Greg Oputa—a highly respected monarch in the Kingdom of Aboh, Ndokwa East LGA, Delta State. The visit was an important occasion where we introduced our upcoming liquefied natural gas (LNG) project, shared our vision, and discussed strategies that we already have in place.

Introducing the LNG Project to the King of Aboh Land
During the visit, Westflux took the opportunity to provide the King with a comprehensive overview of the LNG project, explaining its scope, the expected benefits, and the long-term impact it will have on the community. The King, known for his foresight and leadership, expressed a keen interest in the project and voiced his commitment to ensuring the citizens of Aboh Land play an integral role in its success whilst also ensuring that we were compliant with the necessary regulatory bodies as well as the government.
The King highlighted that the local community must be part of this great initiative, and Westflux assured him that once work on the project commences, the Aboh Kingdom's people will be included in various capacities, ensuring that the local community shares in the benefits. Westflux is committed to creating job opportunities, facilitating skills development, and fostering an inclusive environment that will allow the citizens of Aboh to thrive alongside the project.
