Westflux Delta LNG

Nigeria has long faced a critical gap in reliable energy supply for both industrial and residential consumers — a challenge that has slowed the nation's economic potential. Yet, the country remains one of the world's top natural gas producers, with an estimated 209 trillion standard cubic feet (TSCF) of proven reserves (NMDPRA, 2022). This abundance presents a transformative opportunity to bridge the energy gap through sustainable gas utilization.

Westflux Integrated Services Limited is taking decisive steps toward this goal through the development of Delta LNG, a small-scale Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Facility located in Aboh-Akarai, Ndokwa East LGA, Delta State.

The project is strategically designed to:

• Supply LNG to industrial clients and large residential estates within the neighboring region in the short term.
• Expand distribution across the Nigerian economy in the mid-term.
• Serve the broader West African market in the long term.

With a planned full capacity of 60 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD), Delta LNG will be developed in phases, leveraging modular infrastructure and local expertise.

By converting Nigeria's natural gas wealth into clean, reliable, and accessible energy, Westflux's Delta LNG is set to play a vital role in driving industrial productivity, reducing carbon emissions, and strengthening regional energy security.
